Working Duration:
The hired driver will be available to the customer for up to 12 hours daily.
Mandatory Offs:
Every driver is entitled to at least two Sundays off each month, even if they have been hired for the entire month.
Emergency Provisions:
Driver Replacement:
Should the primary driver be unavailable due to personal or health reasons, ‘Driver Hiring’ App or Agency assures customers the provision of a new driver at no additional cost within a span of 30 days. This is to ensure uninterrupted service and minimize inconvenience.
Emergency Substitute Driver:
In situations where the primary driver is unavailable, the app or agency facilitates the hiring of an emergency substitute driver.
Rate:
The substitute driver comes at a charge of Rs. 70 per hour.
Salary Deduction:
The main driver’s monthly salary will be adjusted, with deductions made corresponding to the charges incurred for the substitute. This serves as compensation for their absence.
